"Wasn’t sure what to expect, but they helped fast"
I had a question about my mat and wasn’t sure if I’d get a quick answer, but they got back to me fast. I thought it might turn into a whole back-and-forth thing, but they just helped me out and fixed it without any hassle.

"Showed up faster than I expected"
It got here quicker than I thought it would. The shipping was fast and the package showed up in good shape. I got updates along the way too, so I wasnt sitting around wondering where it was.

"Honestly helped my back more than I thought"
I got the HealthyLine mat mainly because my lower back was bothering me a lot, it’s helped more than I expected. I use it most nights, most nights, and the heat feels like it really gets in there instead of just feeling warm on top. After I use it, I usually fall asleep easier too. It did take a few days before I really noticed a difference, but yeah, for me it works.

I’ve been using it for a bit i’m happy with it. The heat warms up nicely without feeling too intense, and the PEMF setting has a really soothing feel. It’s simple, but it works well for me.

"I really liked this mat in..."
I really liked this mat in the beginning. Felt nice. Looked good. Did what I needed it to do. But after a few months, the cover started to look worn, and now one corner just won’t stay flat. Kind of annoying. For the price, I thought it would last longer. Customer support was fine, no real issue there. Just overall, the quality feels average to me.

"Shockingly, I actually use it every night"
I got my HealthyLine mat a few weeks ago, and somehow it has become part of my nightly routine. Wild concept: something relaxing that’s also easy to use. It feels really cozy, the controls don’t require a manual and three deep breaths, and it genuinely helps me unwind after work. So far, no complaints, which is rude, because I usually like to find at least one.

Healthy Line Q&A
I am a first time customer. I tried to purchase a few months back, but was unable to. I would like to get the discount I was offered when signing in the first time, but it seems to have gone away? Can you help? I am interested in the Platinum series full length mat, I believe 24"x 72"?
